Is HiddleSwift an attempt to bag Bond?

While the world is in awe of the whirlwind named, HiddleSwift, media personality and show host Wendy Williams, has a different opinion on the very public, romantic affair between Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift.

On June 27, Monday, in a segment on William’s show, the host bluntly criticized both and chided the country singer for being old enough to know better.

“Taylor Swift and this new boyfriend of hers, Tom Hiddleston, apparently they’re getting serious,” she said. “I know. It’s only been three weeks, and she’s 26. That’s old enough to understand — like, you don’t show your feelings on your sleeve in three weeks, you know? And he’s a thirtysomething.”

Williams went on to slam the Avengers actor, calling him an ‘opportunist’.

“I suspect he’s a bit of an opportunist.  . . I’m going to tell you why: First of all, he wants to be the next James Bond, and he’s English. And I suspect — because I’d never heard of this guy before, you see — so how do you drum up votes? By getting on Hot Topics. I’m just saying! And how do you get on Hot Topics? By dating somebody that we talk about.”

Hiddleston definitely has his sights set on becoming the next Bond.  Back in May, Hiddleston was seen with James Bond franchise producer Barbara Broccoli.  While there are many rumors of potential candidates who have a shot at becoming the next 007 agent, Bond director Sam Mendes recently revealed, “Barbara Broccoli chooses who’s going to be the next Bond: end of story.”, which means that Hiddleston may already have more than just a chance at his dream job.
