Justin Bieber seems to be in conflict with the law again. An incident dated back to June last year haunts the 22-year old pop star now. He was involved in a physical confrontation outside his hotel in downtown Cleveland shortly after the NBA finals. However, the alleged victim has only filed a report against him six months after.
According to the victim, he did not file charges until now as he was trying to settle things with Justin but “he just wouldn’t play ball.”
In a video footage taken last year, Bieber was seen with a much larger man getting into a scuffle. According to TMZ reports, the man has now told police that Justin took his sunglasses so he took a picture of the singer wearing them. Justin was allegedly unhappy about this and consequently lashed out at him.
The victim also claims that the singer’s crew “got into action,” which resulted in the man being treated at a hospital for a concussion.
A few months ago, a Buenos Aires judge indicted the popstar for allegedly ordering a photographer to be beaten up in Argentina. He was also accused of ensuring the money and equipment of the victim was stolen after he was beaten. As of now, Bieber isn’t allowed to go back to Argentina until the case is resolved.
In one Instagram photo, Justin captioned “If you happen to see me out somewhere know that I’m not gonna take a picture I’m done taking pictures. It has gotten to the point that people won’t even say hi to me or recognize me as a human, I feel like a zoo animal, and I wanna be able to keep my sanity.”
